At Praecipua, exhausted by the narrative of shortages and loss used as an excuse for stagnant systems. I don’t just fill a vacancy; I am a self-driven Systems Administrator and Solutions Delivery Specialist who challenges the status quo to transform operational woes into high-performance wins.

My perspective is forged from more than just a desk; it’s built on 1,000,000 accident-free miles as a CDL A OTR driver/trainer and a deep understanding of technical construction and industrial logistics. • Infrastructure & Logistics Veteran: Long before designing custom Facilities Management workflows or deploying micro-IWMS solutions, my approach to operational efficiency was forged on the front lines of American supply chains. As an elite-performance, million-mile OTR logistics veteran and corporate driver trainer, I spent decades managing the high-consequence transport of critical infrastructure.

  Having logged nearly 2,000,000 consecutive, accident-free miles driving for industry titans like Swift, Mayflower, and North American Van Lines (Great Lakes), I have overseen the secure, end-to-end logistics for highly specialized cargo. This includes mission-critical IT infrastructure for IBM, Dell, and Compaq, high-volume retail supply chains for Pepsi, Sears, and JCPenney, and heavily regulated Hazmat and sensitive materials.

  This lifetime of managing complex spatial routing, strict regulatory compliance, and high-value physical assets is precisely what informs Praecipua’s philosophy: building defensive, resilient, and flawlessly executed software and facility solutions that survive the chaos of real-world operations.

• Web Developer: Since the early 80's, with a 300 baud modem, and running a bulletin board system (BBS) to now recently building a Python/PostgreSQL management suite for theatrical logistics—fully WCAG 2.1 AAA accessible and designed for high-stakes, global reliability. I know the web, I helped build it.

• Data-Driven Leadership: Expert command of SQL, MySQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, AutoCAD, and automated reporting to turn legacy data into actionable insights for capital projects and safety assessments.

Over the past two decades, I have dedicated significant time to community leadership, digital administration, and large-scale event logistics. For 25 years, I served as Web Administrator and Assistant to the Masquerade Director for a major convention, managing online infrastructure while coordinating live stage production, contestant scheduling, and audio/visual operations for a major regional convention. My background in event management also includes five years as Vendor Coordinator for local festivals, where I directed merchant communications, site layouts, and on-site troubleshooting. Grounded in a strong foundation of teamwork, leadership, and civic duty built through my time with the Boy Scouts of America, I consistently bring reliability, technical proficiency, and organized operational support to every project I undertake.
